Attach the probes.Refer to Illustration 4 for the type of probes to use.Refer to the following list for the placement of the probes:
Positive goes to the Positive side of the Flywheel Cabinet DC bus.
Negative goes to the Neutral bus.
Select "Use Defaults".Refer to Illustration 3.
Enter the value in "Enter Calibration Point".
Select "OK".The system displays a calibration of a channel window that shows a negative DC bus voltage.
Move probe to negative DC bus.
Illustration 6 g01321508
Enter the value shown on the multimeter in the "Enter Calibration Point".
Select "OK".
Move probe to positive DC bus.
Illustration 7 g01321519
Select "Maximum" in the "Calibration of a Channel" window. The positive bus voltage begins to ramp up.
Enter the value shown on the multimeter in the "Enter Calibration Point" window.
Select "OK".
Move the probe from the positive bus back to the negative bus.
Illustration 8 g01321536
Enter the value shown on the multimeter.
Select "OK".
Illustration 9 g01321548
Select "View Status".Note: The difference between DC bus values should be less than 10 V.A window that is similar to Illustration 9 will open.
Select "Save".The DC Bus Voltage calibration for the Flywheel Cabinet is complete.
