2 1 7W-2297 Clamp As Torque to 13.5 1.0 N m (120.0 9.0 lb in).
3 1 9N-2038 Turbine Clamp As Use the following procedure to tighten the turbine clamp assembly for the turbocharger:
1. Tighten to 18.1 N m (160.0 lb in).
2. Loosen to 5.6 N m (50.0 lb in).
3. Again, tighten to 13.5 1.0 N m (120.0 9.0 lb in).
4 4 2N-2765 High Temperature Bolts Before assembly, apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads.
- - - Opening pressure of the wastegate at 1.0 mm (0.04 inch) lift is 182.0 3.0 kPa (26.4 0.5 psi).
