A SWING RIGHT operation is accomplished when the oil delivery from main pump (25) is supplied to swing motor (5).When the joystick is moved from the NEUTRAL position, oil delivery from main pump (25) flows through line (24) to parallel feeder passage (19) in main control valve (2). Oil flows to swing control valve (10).Main pump (25) supplies oil to pilot manifold (1). Pilot manifold (1) supplies oil to hydraulic activation solenoid (21) through line (22). When the joystick for the swing circuit is moved to the SWING RIGHT direction, the pilot oil flows from hydraulic activation solenoid (21) through pilot line (23). Oil flows through pilot line (23) to swing control solenoid (17). Oil then flows through pilot line (11) to swing control valve (10). The pilot oil flow shifts swing control valve (10) for SWING RIGHT operation. The oil delivery from main pump (25), in parallel feeder passage (19), flows through passage (15) to swing control valve (10). The oil delivery from main pump (25) then flows through line (9) to swing motor (5).Pilot oil from pilot line (23) also flows to swing brake unlock solenoid (13). Pilot oil from swing brake unlock solenoid (13) then flows through pilot line (7) to swing parking brake (4). Swing parking brake (4) is released. Swing motor (5) starts to rotate and the upper structure swing to the right.Return oil from swing motor (5) flows through line (8) to swing control valve (10). The oil flows from swing control valve (10) through passage (14), return passage (12), and back to hydraulic tank (26).Swing Left
A SWING LEFT operation is accomplished when the oil delivery from main pump (25) is supplied to swing motor (5).When the joystick is moved from the NEUTRAL position, oil delivery from main pump (25) flows through line (24) to parallel feeder passage (19) in main control valve (2). Oil flows to swing control valve (10).Main pump (25) supplies oil to pilot manifold (1). Pilot manifold (1) supplies oil to hydraulic activation solenoid (21) through line (22). When the joystick for the swing circuit is moved to the SWING LEFT direction, the pilot oil flows from hydraulic activation solenoid (21) through pilot line (23).
