Description of Change: A new bracket has been released for use with 3600 engines with ABB air cleaners and silencers. The new bracket is used in conjunction with two existing brackets to reduce the vibration of the silencer. This extends the life of the aluminum housing on the silencer. The bracket is designed for use at the six o'clock position on the turbocharger and the silencer. Adaptable To: In the 238-7485 Air Cleaner Gp, one 224-5133 Bracket and two 130-1996 Brackets are required for each turbocharger. The new 224-5133 Bracket replaces a third 130-1996 Bracket. The new bracket is adaptable to all of the above engines. Table 1 lists the serial number effectivity of the new bracket in 3600 engines. Refer to Illustration 1 for the correct orientation of the new bracket.
