Valve Calibrations (Raise, Lower, Dump, Rackback)
If any of the following diagnostic codes are active, perform the calibration:
354 - 13 (Raise Solenoid #1 - Out of Calibration)
355 - 13 (Lower Solenoid #1 - Out of Calibration )
356 - 13 (Dump Solenoid #1 - Out of Calibration)
357 - 13 (Rackback Solenoid #1 - Out of Calibration)
592 - 13 (Raise Solenoid #2 - Out of Calibration)
593 - 13 (Lower Solenoid #2 - Out of Calibration )
594 - 13 (Rackback Solenoid #2 - Out of Calibration)
595 - 13 (Dump Solenoid #2 - Out of Calibration)Each implement valve solenoid is calibrated so the Implement ECM delivers the current needed to achieve the desired valve stem displacement. For pumped functions (Raise, Rackback), the calibration will try to build pressure in the system by upstroking one or more implement pumps. Then, the current to the valve solenoids will be increased and the calibration will monitor the cylinder position for any change.Next, the calibration will destroke the pumps back to standby displacement. Then, the current to the valve solenoids will be increased again and the calibration will again monitor the cylinder position for any change.For gravity functions (Lower, Dump), the calibration will increase current to the valve solenoids and determine any change in cylinder position.In both cases, the ECM will record the current when the cylinder starts to move. This information is then used to determine the following:
Current needed to crack open the valve
Minimum amount of current needed to start moving the cylinder
Current required to shift the entire valve stemAny input or output fault condition will cause the calibration to fail. The ECM will continue to use the last saved calibration values until a successful calibration is performed.Cat® ET Calibration Error Codes for the Solenoid Valves

104D - Hold Pressure Too Low Implement ECM was not able to build pressure in the system by ramping current to the pump solenoid. Check for swapped hydraulic connections. Ensure that the hydraulic lines are correctly routed.
103 - Out Range Implement ECM did not sense a change in
