Remove the jaw from the work tool. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Changing the Jaw Sets" for more information.
Remove the cutting edges from the jaw. Refer to Service Manual, "Cutting Edge - Remove and Install".
Remove the teeth from the jaw. Refer to Service Manual, "Crusher Tooth - Remove and Install".

Remove six bolts (2) that secure bushing (1) to lower jaw (3) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to upper jaw (4). Refer to Table 2 for the weight of the jaw. Use a hammer and a brass drift in order to remove bushing (1).
