Use two people in order to install fan motor (17). The weight of fan motor 17 is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Install bolts (18) .

Install fan adapter (16). Apply Tooling (E) and install nut (15). Tighten nut (15) to a torque of 250 40 N m (184 30 lb ft).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to support assembly (5). The weight of support assembly (5) is approximately 75 kg (165 lb).
Attach Tooling (C) and an additional suitable lifting device to support assembly (5). Use Tooling (C) in order to rotate and position support assembly (5) .

Install bolts (6) .

Position tube (11) and install hose (12) and hose (14). Tighten clamps (10) and clamps (13) .

Install clamps (9) .

Install clamps (8). Install hose assemblies (7). Remove Tooling (B) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fan assembly (3). The weight of fan assembly (3) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Position fan assembly (3) and install bolts (4) .

Install fan guards (2). Install bolts (1) .
Purge the pumps and brakes. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Gear Pump (Brake, Hoist, Hydraulic Fan) - Purge".End By:
Install the crankcase guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Crankcase Guard - Remove and Install".
Install the cowling. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cowling (Radiator) - Remove and Install".
