Install two lifting straps to implement pump (17) and charge pump (5). Attach to a suitable lifting device.

Remove nine bolts (18) from pump drive (19) and remove the pumps as a unit from the machine. The weight of the pumps is 182 kg (400 lb).

Remove two bolts and washers (20) that hold clamps (21) to brackets (22) .

Disconnect tube assemblies (23) and (24) from cooler bypass valve (25) .

Disconnect tube assemblies (23) and (24) from pressure plate (26). Remove the assemblies from the machine.

Disconnect tube assembly (27) from fitting (28). Repeat for the other side.

Remove bolt (29) from clip (30) and remove tube assembly (27) from the machine.

Remove three tie straps (31) that hold the wire harness and the battery cables. Position the harness and cables out of the way.

Disconnect tube assembly (32) from fitting (33) .

Remove two bolts and washers (34) and remove tube assembly (32) .

Install Tooling (A) under hardbar (35). Repeat for the other side.

Install Tooling (B) on center housing (36) and cover assembly (37). Attach to a suitable lifting device.

Identify 29 bolts (38) and remove bolts (38) from center housing (36). Remove center housing (36) from extension housing (8) .Note: The bolts (38) are different lengths.
