Clean the Cap and Strainer
1. Remove the fuel tank fill cap and strainer.2. Disassemble the fuel cap. Wash cap and strainer in clean, nonflammable solvent.3. Inspect the tank cap seal. Replace it if it is damaged.4. Put a light coat of oil on the cap components. Assemble the cap and install.Transmission Filter 3F/3R
Change the Filter Element
1. Remove the floor plate. 2. Remove the filter element cover assembly.3. Remove and discard the filter element.4. Clean the housing with a clean cloth.5. Inspect the cover seal. Replace if damaged.6. Install the new element and cover.7. Start the engine. 8. Maintain the oil level to the FULL mark on dipstick (1). Add the oil through fill tube (2) if necessary.9. Stop the engine and install the floor plate.Universal Joints

Change the Filter Element
1. Remove the oil filler cap (1) to relieve the tank pressure.2. Loosen the retaining bolt (2).3. Remove the cover and filter.4. Discard the filter element.5. Inspect the condition of the "O" ring seal. Replace if necessary.6. Install a new filter element and cover. Tighten the cover retaining bolt to 58 5 N m (40 4 ft lb) 7. Maintain the hydraulic oil to the FULL mark in sight gauge (3). Remove the oil fill cap (1) to add oil.Winch Filter (If Equipped)
Change Filter - Wash Strainer
1. Remove the cover and gasket. 2. Remove the filter element housing with a wrench.3. Remove the filter element from the housing.4. Clean the housing with a clean cloth.5. Replace the seal if damaged. Lubricate the seals with clean winch oil.6. Install a new filter element into the housing.7. Tighten the housing to 27 4 N m (20 3 lb ft).8. Install the cover and gasket.Wash the Magnet and Strainer
1. Remove the cover, magnet and strainer.2. Wash them in clean, nonflammable solvent.3. Install the clean strainer and magnet.4. Inspect the cover seal and replace if damaged.5. Install the cover.Fuel Filter
Wash Primary Filter Element
Do not fill fuel filters with fuel before installing them. Contaminated fuel will cause accelerated wear to fuel system parts.
1. Shut off the fuel supply valve located under the fuel tank.2. Remove right front side panel to gain access to fuel filters. 3. Loosen the filter housing retaining bolt. Remove the housing and element.4. Remove the element from the case and wash element and housing in clean, nonflammable solvent.5. Dry the element using pressure air.6. Clean the filter case base.7. Inspect the seal. Replace it if it is damaged.8. Insert the clean element and case into housing.9. Retighten the retaining bolt to a torque of 24 4 N m (18 3 lb ft).Change Secondary Fuel Filter
1. Remove and discard the filter element.2. Clean the filter element mounting base.
