The new 335-4019 Fumes Disposal Filter Gp is used helps prevent high crankcase pressure on certain C13 machine engines. Table 1 contains the new parts needed for this change. Table 2 contains the parts that will be removed and retained for installation of the new filter.

Note: Retain all removed materials until the installation procedure is completed.

Remove hose clamp (A), hose (10), and hose (9) .Note: Mounting hardware (B) can be removed to avoid damage to the hose (10) .

Remove clamp (C) and hose (5) from the fume disposal filter group (D) .
Remove clamp (E) and hose (9) from the fume disposal filter group.
Remove bolts (6), washers (7), bracket assembly (8), and the previous fume disposal filter group (D) .Installation

Install fume disposal filter group (2). Secure the filter group using mounting bracket assembly (8) with four bolts (6) and four washers (7) .

Install inlet hose (5) and secure the hose to the filter group using hose clamp (3) .

Install hose (9) using hose clamp (1) .Note: Cut 30 mm (1.18 inch)off hose (9) before installing.

Install hose (10) to the outlet of the fume disposal filter group using hose clamp (4). Install mounting hardware (B) if the hardware was removed during the removal process.Note: Ensure that there is no damage or kinks in hose (10) after installation.
