Install valve (20) in the housing.

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Put clean fuel on seal (19) and install the valve on cover (18). Install bolts and cover on the housing.

Install tappet (17) in guide (15). Install ring (16) on tappet (17) in order to hold the tappet in the guide.

Put clean fuel on O-ring seal (14) and install the seal on guide (15). Install the unit of guide (15) and tappet (17) in the housing.

Put clean fuel on O-ring seal (11) and install the seal on sleeve (10) .

Install piston (9) in the housing. Install sleeve (10) in the housing.

Install valve (8) and washer (7) in the housing. Make sure that the valve is in the correct orientation. Install spring (6) in the piston.

Install valve (5) in cover (2) .

Put clean fuel on two O-ring seals (4) and install the seals on cover (2). Install cover (2) and bolts (3) on the housing.

Install seal (1) on the fuel transfer pump.End By: Install the fuel transfer pump on the engine.
