Remove Fuel Priming Pump
1. Disconnect fuel supply and fuel return line (3) from pump mounting bracket.2. Disconnect fuel inlet line (1) and fuel outlet line (2) from priming pump.3. Disconnect linkage from priming pump.4. Remove the priming pump bracket mounting bolts.5. Remove fuel priming pump and bracket as a unit.Install Fuel Priming Pump
1. Position the priming pump and bracket on engine, and install three bracket mounting bolts.2. Connect linkage to priming pump.3. Connect fuel inlet and outlet lines to the priming pump.4. Connect fuel supply line and fuel return line to the priming pump.Disassemble Fuel Priming Pump
preparatory step: a) remove fuel priming pump1. Remove the mounting bracket from the pump.2. Remove setscrew from lever, and remove the lever from pump. 3. Remove the nut (1), gland, and packings. 4. Remove the front and rear lids (2) and (3).5. Remove the deck assembly, and wing and shaft assembly from cylinder.Assemble Fuel Priming Pump
1. Install the deck assembly (1), and wing and shaft assembly (2) in cylinder.2. Install the front and rear lids. 3. Install the packing and gland in the rear lid (3).4. Position the lever on pump, and install setscrew (4).5. Install the mounting bracket on pump.
