Remove Oil Filter Housing
preparatory step: a) remove expansion tank1. Drain the oil filter housing. 2. Move the expansion tank water outlet line (2) out of the way. Remove the expansion tank support brackets (1).3. Disconnect the oil inlet line (3) and oil outlet line (4) from oil filter housing.4. Attach a hoist to the oil filter housing. Remove the housing mounting bolts. Remove the oil filter housing - weight 70 lbs. (32 Kg).Install Oil Filter Housing
1. Attach a hoist and position the oil filter housing on engine. Install four mounting bolts.2. Connect the oil outlet line and oil inlet line to the oil filter housing.3. Install the expansion tank support brackets. Move the expansion tank water outlet line back into position.4. Check the oil level in crankcase and fill as necessary.concluding step: a) install expansion tank
