Install O-ring seals (21) in the grooves of sight gauge (20).

Position sight gauge (20) and install mounting bolts (19) on the side of the hydraulic tank. Tighten mounting bolts (19) to a torque of 7 1 N m (62 9 lb in).

Install plate (18) and screen assemblies (17) on baffle assembly (10).
Install nut (16). Tighten nut (16) to a torque of 10 1.5 N m (7.4 1.1 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (15) in the groove of baffle assembly (10).

Install screen (13) and plate (14) on baffle assembly (8).
Install nut (12). Tighten nut (12) to a torque of 10 1.5 N m (7.4 1.1 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (11) in the groove of baffle assembly (8).
Repeat Steps 10 through 12 in order to assemble the remaining baffle assembly.

Install baffle assemblies (8) and bolts (7) inside the hydraulic tank.
Install baffle (10) and bolts (9) inside the hydraulic tank.

Clean the mating surface of the hydraulic tank. Apply Tooling (A) to the hydraulic tank, as shown. Note: Make sure that the ends of Tooling (A) overlap in a crisscross manner, as shown.

Install cover assembly (6) and bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

Install strainer assembly (4).

Fasten strainer assembly (4) to the cover assembly with lock ring (3).
