Remove bolts (21). Remove bracket (22) from mufflers (23) .Installation Procedure

Position bracket (22) onto mufflers (23). Install bolts (21) .

Install tube assembly (20). Tighten clamp (19). Install bracket (18). Repeat this step for the remaining tube assembly.

Use a suitable lifting device to install muffler assembly (16). The weight of muffler assembly (16) is approximately 127 kg (280 lb). Install bolts (17) .

Install clamp (15). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Connect springs (14) to connect the heat shield. Repeat this step for the remaining heat shield.
