To prevent personal injury, release the pressure from the hydraulic system before any lines are removed or disconnected.
1. Make sure the weight of the ripper and bulldozer blade is lowered to the ground. Make sure there is no pressure in the hydraulic system. Move the control levers to the "FLOAT" position.2. Remove the floor mat and the floor plate.3. Remove brake pedal linkage (1).4. Remove hose (2) and inlet line (3) from the pump.5. Fasten a hoist and tooling (A) to the implement pump. Remove bolts (5) and remove implement pump (4). Weight is 23 kg (50 lb.). Upon installation of the implement pump, reverse the procedures of Steps 1 through 5.Disassemble And Assemble Implement Pump
START BY: a. remove implement pump 1. Thoroughly clean the outside of the pump. Put identification marks across the pump bodies for assembly. The marks will be reference for correct part orientation at assembly.2. Remove O-ring Seal (1).3. Remove eight bolts (3) and cover assembly (2) from the pump gear housing. 4. Remove two seals (4) and the retainer from the cover assembly. Use the 1U4601 Seal Kit for replacement seals. The following steps are for assembly of the implement pump.5. Install two seals (4) with tool group (A) and the retainer into cover assembly (2).6. Put cover assembly (2) in position on the pump gear housing and install eight bolts (3). Tighten eight bolts (3) to a torque of 145 7 N m (105 5 lb. ft.).7. Install O-ring seal (1).END BY: a. install implement pump
