Personal injury or death can result from grease and oil coming out of the relief valve. Grease and oil are under high pressure coming out of the relief valve and can penetrate the body.Do not watch the relief valve to see if grease is escaping. Watch the track or track adjustment cylinder to see if the track is being loosened.

Remove guard assemblies (1) and (2) .
Loosen the track. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust".

Use Tooling (A) and suitable cribbing in order to raise the track from track carrier roller (3). Remove three bolts (4) and loosen the fourth bolt. Do not remove the fourth bolt at this time. Rotate track carrier roller (3) for 180 degrees. Tighten bolt (4). Attach a suitable lifting device to track carrier roller (3). The weight of track carrier roller (3) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb).
Remove bolts (5) and track carrier roller (3) .
