Drain the hydraulic oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

Remove plate assembly (1).

Remove bolts (2).

Remove bolts (3) and reposition bracket (4).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to door assembly (7). Remove bolts (8).
Remove clips (11) and reposition the hose assembly. Remove bolts (9) and (10).

Remove filter assembly (14) from panel assembly (13). Reposition filter assembly (14) out of the way.
Remove the bolts and panel assemblies (12) and (13).

Remove the bottom cover assembly (15).

Remove the bolts and panel assemblies (16) and (17).

Disconnect all hose assemblies (18) from main hydraulic pump (19).

Disconnect harness assemblies (20) and (21). Remove clip (22) and reposition the harness assembly.

Remove bolts (23) and disconnect tube assembly (24).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to main hydraulic pump (19). The weight of main hydraulic pump (19) is approximately 147 kg (325 lb). Remove bolts (25). Remove main hydraulic pump (19).
