Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Press rpm increase switch (21) once to operate the engine in high idle.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on display (22). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches a minimum of 45 10 °C (113 18 °F).
Press rpm decrease switch (8) once to operate the engine in low idle.

Use right conveyor speed dial (31) to adjust the right conveyor speed to 100 percent. Right conveyor speed value (33) is shown on the display.
Use left conveyor speed dial (30) to adjust the left conveyor speed to 100 percent. Left conveyor speed value (32) is shown on the display.
Tap "OK" icon (34) to save the new values.

Depress left conveyor auto switch (35) and right conveyor auto switch (36).

Squeeze trigger (37), and move propel lever (4) into the forward range.
Use Tool (A) to record the speed of the right conveyor and the left conveyor.
Move propel lever (4) into the NEUTRAL position.
Press rpm decrease switch (8) once to operate the engine in low idle.Note: If necessary, perform a regeneration cycle before the engine is stopped.
Press and hold push to start switch (10). Release the switch when the engine stops.
Move machine power switch (11) to the OFF position.
Close deck plate (12), and secure deck plate with latch (13).
Analyze the recorded speed readings. The speed specifications are given in the specifications section above. If the speed readings were within the specified ranges, the system is operating within design parameters. If any speed is less than the specified range, calibrate the conveyors.
