Fasten Tooling (A) to the front corners of the cab, as shown.
Fasten a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinders (1) . Raise the tilt cylinders until the tilt cylinders are clear of the lift arm assembly. Use suitable lifting slings to fasten the tilt cylinders to Tooling (A) .

Start the machine. Raise the lift arm assembly to a height of 2159 mm (85 inch). Put Tooling (B) in position under the lift arm assembly, as shown. Lower the lift arm assembly onto Tooling (B) .

Put suitable blocks (3) between the lift arm assembly and both cylinder rods, as shown.
Remove bolt (2) , the washer, and the spacer from the pin assemblies.

Fasten a suitable lifting device to Tooling (C) . Put Tooling (C) in position on pin assembly (4) . Use Tooling (C) to remove the pin assembly from each side of the lift arm assembly. The weight of each pin assembly is approximately 20 kg (45 lb).

Fasten Tooling (H) , suitable lifting slings, and a suitable lifting device to the lift arm assembly, as shown. The weight of the lift arm assembly is approximately 2041 kg (4500 lb).

Remove nut (6) , the washer, and the spacer from each pin assembly (5) .

Fasten a suitable lifting device to Tooling (D) , as shown. Use Tooling (D) to remove the pin assembly from each side of the lift arm assembly. The weight of each pin assembly is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

Use the suitable lifting device and Tooling (H) in order to remove lift arm assembly (7) from the front loader frame.

Remove lip seals (8) from each side of the pivot pin bores in the lift arm assembly.

Fasten a suitable lifting device to Tooling (E) . Put Tooling (E) in position on the lift arm assembly, as shown. Remove the bearings from the pivot pin bores.

Remove lip seals (9) from each side of the lift cylinder pin bores.

Fasten a suitable lifting device to Tooling (F) . Put Tooling (F) in position on the lift arm assembly, as shown. Remove the bearings from the lift cylinder pin bores.

Remove lip seals (10) from each side of the bucket pin bores.

Fasten Tooling (G) to the bucket pin bores, as shown. Use Tooling (G) to remove the bearings from the bucket pin bores.
