Disassemble Bulldozer Control Valve
Start By:a. remove bulldozer control valve 1. Remove lever housing (1) from the bulldozer control valve body. 2. Remove cover (2) and gasket from lever housing (1). Remove the O-ring seal from lever housing (1). 3. Loosen the bolt that holds lever (4) to the shaft. Remove shaft (5) and lever (3). Remove lever (4) from the lever housing. 4. Remove lever (3) from shaft (5). Remove the keys from shaft (5). 5. Remove seal (6) from lever housing (1).6. Use tooling (A) and remove bearing (7) from lever housing (1). 7. Remove bearing (8) from lever housing (1). 8. Remove housing (10) from bulldozer control valve body. 9. Remove plug (11), spring (12), seat (13) and ball (14) from each side of housing (10). Remove the O-ring seals from housing (10). Remove O-ring seals from plugs (11). 10. Remove valve stem (15) from bulldozer control valve body (9). 11. Remove bolt (20), retainer (19, Spring (18), retainer (17) and washer (16) from valve stem (15). 12. Remove cover (21), spacer (22), spring (23) and valve (24) from bulldozer control valve body (9). Remove the O-ring seals from cover (21). 13. Remove cover (29), seat (28), O-ring seal (27), spring (26) and valve spool (25) from bulldozer control valve body (9).14. Remove plug (32), the shims, spring (31) and valve (30) from cover (29). Remove O-ring seal from cover (29). 15. Remove cover (36), spring (35), retainer (34) and valve stem (33) from bulldozer control valve body (9).16. Remove fitting (37) from cover (36). Remove the O-ring seals from cover (36) and fitting (37). 17. Remove cover (40), spring (39) and retainer (38) from bulldozer control valve body (9).18. Remove fitting (41) from cover (40). Remove the O-ring seals from cover (40) and fitting (41). 19. Remove cover (48), seat (44), spring (43) and valve spool (42) from bulldozer control valve body (9).20. Remove plug (49), shims (47), spring (46) and valve (45) from cover (48).21. Remove the O-ring seals from seat (44), cover (48) and plug (49). 22. Remove plug (52), spring (51) and valve (50) from bulldozer control valve body (9).23. Remove the O-ring seal from plug (52). 24. Remove plug (55), valve stem (54) and spring (53) from bulldozer control valve body (9).25. Remove the O-ring seal from plug (55). 26. Remove plug (58), seat (57) and ball (56) from bulldozer control valve body (9).27. Remove the O-ring seal from plug (58).Assemble Bulldozer Control Valve
1. Clean and inspect all parts. Make a replacement of the parts that are damaged or worn. Put clean hydraulic oil on the bulldozer control valve parts. 2. Install the O-ring seals on plug (4) and seat (2).3. Install ball (3) seat (2) and plug (4) in bulldozer control valve body (1). 4. Install the O-ring seal on plug (9).5. Install spring (7), valve stem (8) and plug (9) in bulldozer control valve body. 6. Install the O-ring seal on plug (12).7. Install valve (10), spring (11)
