Information:

new 1U7646 Coupler is available to connect 1 1/2"-12 threaded studs together when longer lengths are required. The coupler has internal stops to control the length of thread engagement with the studs. The 1U7646 Coupler has a capacity of 900 kN (100 tons).
One application where the 1U7646 Coupler could be used is in the disassembly of impact ripper pins on D9L Tractors. The required stud length is longer than the longest currently available. The new coupler can be used to join two shorter studs to obtain the required length.
Be sure to select hardened studs having tensile strength adequate for the puller cylinder force capacity.
