View looking backward toward the Former Final Drive Lubrication Pump and Motor Group
Go to the front, sight side of the rear axle. Locate the lubrication pump and motor group.
Remove hose assembly (L) from the lubrication pump and motor group. Cap the hose assembly to prevent contamination.
Remove hose assembly (M) from the lubrication pump and motor group. Cap the hose assembly to prevent contamination.
Remove hose assembly (N) from the lubrication pump and motor group. Cap the hose assembly to prevent contamination.
Remove hose assembly (P) from the lubrication pump and motor group. Cap the hose assembly to prevent contamination.
Remove hose assembly (R) from the lubrication pump and motor group . Cap the hose assembly to prevent contamination.
Remove clip (S1) from hose assembly (S). Assemble the bolt and washer to the clips.
Remove hose assembly (S) from the lubrication pump and motor group . Cap the hose assembly to prevent contamination.
Remove hose assembly (V) from the lubrication pump and motor group . Cap the hose assembly to prevent contamination.
Remove temperature sensor (T) from the bottom of the tee that contained hose assembly (P). Save the temperature sensor.
Remove temperature sensor (U) from the bottom of the tee that contained hose assembly (V). Save the temperature sensor.
Remove four bolts (W), four washers (X), and four nuts (Y) from the lubrication pump and motor group. Remove the lubrication pump and motor group. Discard the bolts, washers, and nuts.

Remove adapter (Z). Remove the O-Ring seals from the adapter. Discard the O-Ring seals. Save the adapter.
Remove adapter (AA). Remove the O-Ring seals from the adapter. Discard the O-Ring seals. Save the adapter.
Remove adapter (AB). Remove the O-Ring seals from the adapter. Discard the O-Ring seals. Save the adapter.
Remove adapter (AC). Remove the O-Ring seals from the adapter. Discard the O-Ring seals. Save the adapter.
Remove elbow (AD). Remove the O-Ring seals from the elbow. Discard the O-Ring seals. Save the elbow.
Remove tee (AE). Remove the O-Ring seals from the tee. Discard the O-Ring seals. Save the tee.
Remove tee (AF). Remove the O-Ring seals from the tee. Discard the O-Ring seals. Save the tee.

Use the four bolts (28), four washers (16), and four nuts (29) to assemble pump and motor group (20) to the machine. Before assembly, apply Loctite 263 to the threads of the bolts.
Retrieve adapter (Z).
