Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install two new O-ring seals (2) on unit injector sleeve (1).
Place unit injector sleeve (1) on Tooling (B).
Lubricate the new O-ring seals with clean engine oil.
Apply Tooling (C) to the base of the injector sleeve bore that is indicated by Dimension (A).
Use Tooling (B) and a hammer to install the unit injector sleeve in the cylinder head.End By:
Install the unit injectors. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Unit Injector - Install".
