ROLLER AS-EJECTOR SUPPORT 5J9643 - Caterpillar

1. Remove bolts (1) and torque converter selector valve (2) from the cover. 2. Remove bolts (4) and cover (3) from the selector valve. 3. Remove spool (8), spool (7), spring (6) and guide (5) from the selector valve.4. Remove O-ring seal (9) from spool (8). 5. Remove bolts (11) and cover (10) from the selector valve. 6. Remove spring (13) and spacer (12) from the selector valve.Install Torque Converter Selector Valve
1. Put spring (2) and spacer (1) into position as shown and install in the selector valve. 2. Inspect and make a replacement if necessary of O-ring seal (4).3. Make sure O-ring seal (4) is in position and install cover (3) on the selector valve. 4. Install O-ring seal (9) on spool (8) as shown.5. Install guide (5), spring (6), spool (7) and spool (8) in the selector valve. 6. Make sure O-ring seal (10) is in position and install cover (11) on the selector valve.7. Inspect and make a replacement of O-ring seals (13). 8. Make sure O-ring seals (13) are in position and install torque converter selector valve (12) on the cover.9.
