C 1U-9200 Lever Puller Hoist 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to main control valve (11). The weight of main control valve (11) is approximately 204 kg (450 lb). Install Tooling (B) and Tooling (C) to the pinion housing in order to remove main control valve (11). Install bolts (12). Install main control valve (11).

Use two people in order to install block (8) and the tube assembly. Connect hose assemblies (9) and (10).

Connect harness assemblies (7). Install clips (6).
