Weights (approximate)
(1) Install each trunnion mounting eyebolt (1) with a washer and nut; tighten the nuts to a torque of 1220 68 N m (900 50 lb.ft.) [both sides]. Remove the floor plates and cover (2). (2) On LGP Tractors without power angle, install 6S3561 Block Assembly (3), 2R6806 Adapter (4) and 307942 Elbow (5) with 3J1907 Seals [both sides]. (3) If the machine is equipped with a power angle dozer, install 6S4709 Block Assembly (6), 2R6806 Adapters (4) and (7) and 307942 Elbow (8), with 3J1907 Seals [both sides]. (4) Install the blade to the C-frame with cap (9) and four 1D4634 Bolts (10) with shims as necessary to permit free movement during operation. Tighten bolts (10) in the sequence shown to a torque of 200 15 N m (150 10 lb.ft.) then turn each bolt again in sequence an additional 120° 5°. (5) Install tilt cylinder (11) with four spacers (12), pins, retainers (13), bolts and lockwashers. Install connectors (14) and (15) with 3K360 Seals. Install tube (16) and nut (17). Install 2V156 Hoses (18) and (19). Install guard (20). (6) Install tube assemblies (21) and (22). If the dozer is equipped with power angling, install 6S8035 Tube Assembly (23) and 6S8040 Hose (24) [both sides]. Install all clips (25). (7) Install the guard assemblies. For 3S Dozers (40V), install bracket (26) [both sides]. Install 6S4663 Hose (27) and 6S8237 Clamp (28). For 3P Dozers (85U), install bracket (26) [both sides]. Install 6S4728 Tube (29) and a 6S4710 Hose [both sides]. Install two 6S4663 Hoses (30) and 6S8236 Clamp (31) [both sides]. For 3P Dozers (96X) install 6S4728 Tube (29) and 5G683 Hose, two 5G682 Hoses (30) and 6S8236 Clamp (31) [both sides]. (8) Use blocks to hold the C-frame in the position shown, so that the centerline of holes (A) on the C-frame are 475 mm (19.7") above the floor level. (9) For power angling dozers, install cylinders (32) with spacers, pins and retainers. Install four 54362 Elbows (33) with 3K360 Seals. Connect hose (34) [6S4710 on 3P(85U) or 5G683 on 3P(96X)] and 6S8040 Hose (24) as shown. Install guard (35) [both sides]. (10) For a manual angling dozer, install link assembly (36) [both sides]. For 3S(40V) dozers, install link (37) [both sides). Use spacers, pins and retainers on both links (36) and (37). (11) Install the dozer to the tractor with two pins (38) and retainers (39). Connect hose (27) [both sides]. If equipped with power angling, connect hoses (30) [both sides].Lift Cylinders And Hydraulic Control Lines
