0R6757, 0R6758, 0R6789, 0R6790, 0R6791, 0R6793, 0R6794, 0R6796, 0R6798, 0R6799, 0R6800, 0R6801, 0R6803, and 0R6998 Remanufactured Turbochargers And Cartridge Groups have been canceled and replaced by new remanufactured part numbers.The new parts have an up-graded more robust thrust bearing.The new bearing will improve turbocharger life.The former remanufactured turbochargers and cartridge groups need to be removed from dealer Parts Stock.
Action Required
Remove all 0R6757, 0R6758, 0R6789, 0R6790, 0R6791, 0R6793, 0R6794, 0R6796, 0R6798, 0R6799, 0R6800, 0R6801, 0R6803, and 0R6998 Remanufactured Turbochargers and Cartridge Groups from dealer parts stock.
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all remanufactured turbochargers and cartridge groups removed from dealer Parts Stock.
Parts Disposition
All dealers are to make sure the outside of the shipping container is marked PI7384.

Return all remanufactured turbochargers and cartridge groups that are removed from dealer Parts Stock and a copy of the claim to:
