1. Remove clip assembly (1) that holds the wiring harness assembly connector together.2. Separate connector (2) that holds the wiring harness assembly together. 3. Remove four screws (3) and plate (4). Put identification marks on the wires for correct installation.4. Remove the nuts, and disconnect wires (5) from the gauge.5. Disconnect lamp socket (8) from the gauge.6. Remove nuts (7) and bracket (9) that hold the gauge in plate (4). Remove gauge (6) from plate (4). 7. If it is necessary to remove the dash, remove bolts (11) and dash (10) from the cab.Install Gauges And Dash Panel
1. Put dash (4) in position, and install the bolts that hold it in place. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 1 0.2 N m (9 2 lb.in.).2. Put gauge (2) in position in plate (7), and install bracket (5) and the nuts (3) that hold it in place.3. Connect lamp socket (6) in gauge (2).4. Put wires (1) in position on gauge (2), and install the nuts that hold them in place. 5. Put plate (7) in position in dash (4), and install four screws (8) that hold it in place. Tighten the screws to a torque of 0.4 0.1 N m (4 1 lb.in.). 6. Connect connector (10) that holds the wiring harness assembly together.7. Install clip assembly (9) that holds connector (10) together.
