Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Inspect the O-ring seals. If O-ring seals (7) and (8) are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Lubricate O-ring seals with clean engine oil or glycerin.
Install O-ring seal (7) in the elbow.
Clean gasket material from the cylinder block. Install O-ring seal (8) on bonnet (2).

Install a new gasket (9) on tube assembly (10) .

Put engine oil cooler (3) in position and install bolts (4), bolts (6), and bolts (7) .

Install bonnet (1) .
Fill the cylinder block with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities" in the Maintenance Section.
