The quick coupler activation hoses need to be replaced on certain 950K and 962K Wheel Loaders. The existing hoses are too short and could be stretched to failure within the normal bucket movement range.

ACTION REQUIRED
Refer to the Hydraulic Information System (HIS) and build the hoses that are listed below.
(2) Hose Assemblies - Part Number - 364-3714
Fabricate two new 364-3714 Hose Assemblies to the 01 revision published in the Hydraulic Information System (HIS). It is recommended that all of the hoses be fabricated prior to starting the rework.
Replace the two existing coupler activation hoses (A and B in Image1) with the new hoses. As required, install new 6V-8397 O-Ring Seals at each end of the new hoses. Reuse the existing hose clipping points.
