(1) Torque for 40 bolts ... 460 60 N m (339 44 lb ft) (2) Use the following tightening procedure in order to tighten 32 nuts. Tighten the nuts in cross pattern:
Tighten the nuts in the first pass to an approximate torque of 450 N m (332 lb ft).
Again tighten the nuts in the second pass to the torque of 560 60 N m (413 44 lb ft).
Tension and run the belt.

(3) As required, use the 251-9614 Shim Kit : Thickness of first shim ... 0.10 mm (0.004 inch) Thickness of second shim ... 0.20 mm (0.008 inch) Thickness of third shim ... 0.40 mm (0.016 inch)
