1. Remove the cotter pin and washer from prop (1). Disconnect prop (1) from hood (3). Remove four bolts and washers (2). 2. Fasten a hoist to the front hood. Remove bolts and washers (4) that hold hood (3) to the radiator guard and remove hood assembly from the machine. The weight of the hood assembly is 159 kg (350 lb). 3. Remove handle (8) and nuts (7) from the mechanical shut-off cable. Remove eight bolts and washers (6) and remove the cover.4. Put identification marks on the wires to switches (5) for correct installation at assembly, and disconnect the wires from the switches. 5. Disconnect wire harness (9) that runs inside the front left frame rail. 6. Fasten a hoist to radiator guard (10).7. Remove the bolts that hold the radiator guard in place, and remove it from the machine. The weight of the radiator guard is 222 kg (490 lb). The following steps are for installation of the radiator guard.8. Fasten a hoist to radiator guard (10). Put the radiator guard in position on the machine, and install the bolts that hold it in place.9. Connect wire harness (9).10. Connect the wires to switches (5).11. Fasten the mechanical shut-off cable to the cover with two nuts (7). Install the cover with eight bolts and washers (6). Thread handle (8) onto the cable assembly and tighten the locknut.12. Fasten a hoist to the front hood assembly. Put the front hood assembly in position, and install bolts (4) that hold it to the radiator guard.13. Install bolts (2). Put prop assembly (1) in position, and install the washer and cotter pin
