(D) Side cover
The side covers (D) will come off once the two interlock tabs are disengaged. There is one tab in the front and one in the rear.

Pry off the side cover (D) with the screw driver.

(E) Cover
Pry off the cover (E) with the screw driver can be accessed from the back of the seat.

(F) Incision for the D-loop bolts
Cut the small incision (F) in the seat cover for the D-loop bolts. This will require feeling for the nuts under the cover in the locations as shown in Illustration 7.
Once location is known use utility knife to cut a small cut to allow the bolt to go through. Once the cut is done, use the finger to open the hole and allow the bolt to go through it.

(G) Bolts and washers
Prepare the belt to go onto the seat. The belt has bolts for the lap belt (these are retained with a paper washer which does not get removed). Bolts and washers (G) for retractor bracket (in a bag with the belt).

Install the retractor plate with six bolts size M8 (J) to a torque of 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in) of for the

Install the lap belt with bolts (K) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

(L) Plastic spacer
(M) Headrest
Remove the headrest (M) from the seat (A) and install two plastic spacers (L) between the headrest (M) and the seat (A).

(N) Bolt
Secure the bolts (N) to a standard torque for an M8 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in) for the D-loops through the holes cut in the cover.

(C) Handle
(D) Side cover
Install the side covers (D) and the handle (C) that were saved in Step 2. Covers will snap into place with little effort and handle will slip on after covers.

Install the seat (A) into the cab. Tighten the screws (B) that were saved in Step 1 to a standard torque for the slide plates.
