Lubricating the Fittings (27 Locations)
Lubricate the fittings Every 10 Service Hours or Daily.Wipe all the fittings before lubricating. 1. Lubricate two fittings for the boom cylinder heads. 2. Lubricate fitting (1) for the stick cylinder rod on the stick end.3. Lubricate two fittings (2) and (3) on the both sides of the link (totaling four) and foot pin (4) on the left side.4. Lubricate four fittings (5), (6), (7) and (8) (two on each side) on the bucket.5. Lubricate two fittings (9) and (10) for dump bucket support pins (one on each side).6. Lubricate four fittings (11), (12), (13) and (14) at the head end and rod end of both dump cylinders. 7. Lubricate nine fittings near the boom base. Lubrication should be performed from the rear steps of the boom foot.* Fittings (15), (16) and (17) are used for lubricating the boom base.* Lubricate fitting (17) after removing plug (18) when the boom support pin is detached or attached. Make sure that the grease comes out of the mounting hole of plug (18) before reinstall and tighten plug (18).* Fittings (19) and (20) are used for lubricating the bucket cylinder head end bearings.* Fittings (21) and (22) are used for lubricating the boom cylinder rod end bearings.* Fitting (23) is used for lubricating the linkage of boom-to-stick pin bearings.* Fitting (24) is used for lubricating the stick cylinder head end bearings.
