Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to hydraulic tank (17). The weight of hydraulic tank (17) is approximately 147 kg (325 lb).
Position hydraulic tank (17) and install bolts (18) onto both sides of the machine.
Connect hose assemblies (20) and tube assembly (19).

Install bolts (13). Connect tube assemblies (16) and (12). Connect hose (15) and tighten clamps (14).

Connect hose assembly (11). Reposition valve (10) and install bolts (9).

Attach a suitable lifting device to pump assembly (6). The weight of pump assembly (6) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Position pump assembly (6) and install bolts (8). Install new cable straps (7).

Connect harness assembly (4) and install new cable straps (5).

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to cover assembly (2). The weight of cover assembly (2) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Position cover assembly (2) and install bolts (3).

Connect grease hose assemblies (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance manual, "Hoist and brake Tank Oil - Change".
Purge the pumps and brakes. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Gear Pump (Brake, Hoist, Hydraulic Fan) - Purge". End By:
Remove the pins and lower the body. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pin (Body Retaining) - Remove and Install".
