Kit Consist
The Cat A/C kits are intended for machines which already have a Cat heater group installed,
including duct work, controls, and blowers. The A/C installation kits include all the parts
necessary to install an R134A factory air conditioning system:
*Compressor and mounting
*Condenser and mounting
*Evaporator and mounting
*Lines and mounting
*Necessary controls
*Orifice Tube and Accumulator (if required)
*Receiver/Drier and Expansion Valve (if required)

Kit Installation Labor
Labor to install these kits is estimated to be 8-10 man-hours. There will be additional time
needed for radiator removal and modification to 6G5168 Plate Assembly.
Pricing
Kit prices are based on the sum of the D/N prices of the serviced parts in the kits.
Packaging
All parts necessary for the installation are included in a single package. Parts are grouped inside the package by major system: compressor, condenser, lines group, and conditioner group (evaporator). If a part number is used in more than one of these systems (i.e. hardware) the total quantity of that part number will be in one of the system packages.
