Location of Instruction “Dealer Product Link Check Steps”
The instruction for harness connection with Product Link PL321 and Product Link PL631 is placed behind the seat in the cab on the machines listed above. Refer to Illustration 1 for the instruction location "Dealer Product Link Check Steps".Refer to the Instruction and the Rework procedure for repairing the harness connection.Rework Procedure

(1) PM-C2 connector 155-2252 Connector Plug As for PL321
Remove the cover behind the seat and find the PM-C2 connector 155-2252 Connector Plug As for PL321 as shown in Illustration 2.

(1) PM-C2 connector with PL321
Connect PM-C2 connector with PL321 radio as shown in Illustration 3.Note: DT plug with a key-slot to ensure that the plug is locked with the receptacle.
Turn ON the key and run a Product Link dealer installation verification test.
Install the cover after the verification.Note: Refer to , REHS2365Special Instruction, "Installation Guide for Product Link PL121SR and PL321" if there are any questions on the installation and test.For PL631 on Series M5T1–Up

Remove the cover behind the seat and find the PB-C2 connector 155-2253 Connector Plug As for PL631 as shown in Illustration 4.

Connect PB-C2 connector with PL631 radio as shown in Illustration 5.Note: DT plug is with a key-slot to ensure that the plug is locked with the receptacle.
Turn ON the key and run a Product Link dealer installation verification test.
