Procedure to Remove a 4-Point Restraint

(J) Spacer (K) Headrest
Remove headrest (K) by pulling upward.Note: The headrest is not mechanically locked in place, but may be hard to remove at the end of travel.
Remove spacer (J) from the posts of headrest (K) .

(L) Headrest sleeve
Remove two headrest sleeves (L) by rotating the headrest sleeve until the flat is parallel to the back pan of seat and pulling upward.Note: Retain two sleeves (L) .

(G) #3 Phillips Screwdriver (M) Screw (N) Pan assembly
Using tool (G), remove four screws (M) from back pan assembly (N) of the seat.Note: Retain four screws (M) .

(N) Pan assembly (P) Seat cushion
Pop off seat cushion (P) and pull back pan assembly (N) slightly forward.

(N) Pan assembly (R) Shoulder belt guide
Remove two shoulder belt guides (R) from the top four mounting holes on back pan assembly (N). Use tool (H) for the bolt and tool (B) for the nut.

(M) Screw (N) Pan assembly (P) Seat cushion
Using tool (G), install four screws (M) into back pan assembly (N) in order to secure seat cushion (P) .

(L) Headrest sleeve (P) Seat cushion
Insert two headrest sleeves (L) into the top of seat cushion (P). Once headrest sleeves (L) are flush with seat cushion (P), turn headrest sleeves (L) 90 degrees in order to lock.

(K) Headrest
Install headrest (K) into headrest sleeves (L) by pushing downward.

(S) RH lap belt segment (T) LH lap belt segment (U) 7/16-20 bolt
Remove 7/16-20 bolt (U) from RH lap belt segment (S) using tool (D). Remove 7/16-20 bolt (U) from LH lap belt segment (T) using tool (D) .

(V) Shoulder belt retractor (W) Retractor bracket (X) Upper slide plate
Remove two shoulder belt retractors (V) and retractor bracket (W) by removing two bolts through upper slide plate (X). Use tool (H) for the bolt and tool (B) for the nut.Procedure to Install a Retractable Lap Seat Belt

(1) Bolt (2) Washer (3) Seat belt retractor assembly (4) Spacer (5) Buckle assembly
Insert bolt (1) through washer (2), seat belt retractor (3), and spacer (4). Attach bolt (1) to the base of the seat. Use tool (D) to tighten the bolt.
Insert bolt (1) through buckle assembly (5) and attach to the base of the seat. Use tool (D) to tighten the bolt.
