(7) Headliner
Remove the headliner (7) inside the cab to access the back wall of the cab above the right window.

(8) 38 mm (1.5 inch) diameter hole
Drill a 38 mm (1.5 inch) diameter hole (8) at 60 mm (2.4 inch) from the Accugrade harness punch out to install a bulkhead connector (9) .Note: Verify with the circumference of the bulkhead connector before drilling a hole.

(9) Bulkhead connector
Use the 422-4561 Control Harness As to connect the bulkhead connector (9) by placing the "WF-C1" in the hole from inside of the cab. Tight the washer/nut from outside of the machine.
Add silicon around the bulkhead connector (9) inside the cab to seal from moisture entering.

(10) 422-4561 Control Harness As
Remove the C-Post Plate. Route the 422-4561 Control Harness As (10) through the headliner (7) over to the C-Post panel that was located on the right rear inside the cab.

(11) Screws
Remove the five screws (11) that are holding the plate where the service tool will be mounted in the cab.Note: A service port may present on the existing plate depending on the service life of the cab. If service port is present on the existing plate, use the new plate mount.
Secure the unused connectors for the "WF-C2" to the back of the 8-pin receptacle harness for telemetry.

(12) 361-3114 Plate As
Install the 361-3114 Plate As (12) where the existing plate was mounted.

(13) Machine service port (14) Ethernet port
Mount the machine service port (13) to the left hole in the rear of 361-3114 Plate As (12) .
Mount the Ethernet port (14) to the right of the machines service port (13) .
Place the 325-9407 Film to the Ethernet port (14) on the 361-3114 Plate As (12) .Note: Cut the cloth behind the 361-3114 Plate As (12) in order to install the Ethernet Port properly.
Install the 361-3114 Plate As (12) to the cab using the existing screws from the old plate.
Reconnect the headliner (7) above the window on the back wall of the cab.

422-4562 Cab Harness As connected to 422-4561 Control Harness As (15) 385-5985 Wiring Harness
Connect the connector "WE-C2" of the 422-4562 Cab Harness As (4) to the connector "WF-C1" of the 422-4561 Control Harness As (10) .
Connect the machine harness to the ECM harness. The 385-5985 Wiring Harness (15) may need to connect with the machine harness if this is an older cab.

(6) Tie straps
Secure the ECM harness where the old harness was secured using the tie straps (6) .Connect Power
Remove lock-out and turn the disconnect key to the ON position.
Turn the machines key to the ON position.
