Installation Procedure 1
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Fasten nylon straps and a suitable lifting device to the oil coolers. Put the oil coolers in position on the oil filters. Install the bolts that hold the oil coolers in place.

Install the tube (9) and the manifold with new O-ring seals.
Install the tube (12), the elbow, the manifold, and the tube (8) with new O-ring seals.
Install the tube (10) and elbow (11) with new O-ring seals.
Install the oil cooler water outlet tube (7) and the elbow (3) with the bonnet. Use a new gasket and O-ring seals.
Install the oil cooler water inlet tube (4) and elbow (2) with the bonnet. Use a new gasket and O-ring seals.
Connect the gauge tube (6) to the elbow (11).
Connect the sending unit (1) to the oil outlet cover.
Install the plug (5) with a new O-ring seal in the oil cooler bonnet.
Fill the engine with oil to the correct level. Refer to the Operation And Maintenance Manual for additional information.
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to the Operation And Maintenance Manual for additional information.
Check the system for leaks. Installation Procedure 2

Install the pipe (7).
Install the clamp (8).

Connect the sending unit (10) to the oil outlet cover.

Install the plug in the oil cooler bonnet in order to fill the oil coolers (1).
