Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install O-ring seal (42), backup ring (41), O-ring seal (40), backup ring (39), O-ring seal (38), and backup ring (37) to cartridge (43).
Install cartridge (43) to control valve (32). Tighten cartridge (43) to a torque of 44 3 N m (32 2 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (35), O-ring seal (34), and backup ring (33) to cartridge (36).
Install cartridge (36) to control valve (32). Tighten cartridge (36) to a torque of 30 4 N m (22 3 lb ft).
Repeat Step 3 and Step 4 in order to assemble valve groups (45) and (44).
Install O-ring seal (25), backup ring (26), O-ring seal (27), backup ring (28), O-ring seal (29), and backup ring (30) to cartridge (24).
Install cartridge (24) to control valve (32). Tighten cartridge (24) to a torque of 44 3 N m (32 2 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (16), backup ring (17), O-ring seal (18), and backup ring (19) to cartridge (15).
Install cartridge (15) to control valve (32). Tighten cartridge (15) to a torque of 37 3 N m (27 2 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (14), coil (13), O-ring seal (12), and nut (11) to cartridge (15). Tighten nut (11) to a torque of 5 1 N m (4 0.7 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (4), backup ring (5), O-ring seal (6), backup ring (7), backup ring (8), O-ring seal (9), and backup ring (10) to cartridge (3).
Install cartridge (3) to control valve (32). Tighten cartridge (3) to a torque of 44 3 N m (32 2 lb ft). Note: Tighten cartridge (31), cartridge (23), and cartridge (20) to a torque of 44 3 N m (32 2 lb ft).Note: Tighten cartridge (21) and cartridge (22) to a torque of 30 4 N m (22 3 lb ft).
Install coil (2) and nut (1) to cartridge (3).
Repeat Step 11 through Step 13 in order to assemble cartridge (31), (23), (22), (21), and (20). End By:
Install the control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve (Auxiliary) - Install".
