76. Install No. 4 clutch piston (93) in the manifold assembly. Make sure the notch in the bearing that is in the piston is in alignment with pin (94). 77. Install retaining ring (95) and seal ring (96) on the cage assembly. Put clean oil on the seal ring. 78. Install ring (98) on the shaft with tool (G).79. Install teflon seal (99) on piston (97).80. Put clean oil on the teflon seals and install the piston in the housing assembly. 81. Install five plates (100) and two spring assemblies (101). 82. Install two seal rings (102) on sun and ring gear (103). Put clean oil on the rings.83. Install the sun and ring gear (103). 84. Install ten spring assemblies (106) in plates (100).85. Install two discs (104) and one plate (105) for the No. 4 clutch. Start with a disc as shown. 86. Install five pins (107). Install ten spring assemblies (108) in plate (105). Install five springs (109) in the housing assembly. 87. Install bearing (111) in planetary gear (110) for the No. 5 clutch. 88. Install a washer (113) on each side of planetary gear (110) and install the gear in the carrier assembly for the No. 5 clutch.89. Install shaft (112). Make sure the lockpin hole in the shaft is in alignment with the lockpin hole in the carrier assembly. 90. Install lockpin (114) until it is even with the outside surface of the carrier assembly.91. If the other two planetary gears were removed from the carrier assembly, install them as in Steps 87 through 90. 92. Fasten a hoist to carrier assembly (115) and put it in position on the housing assembly. 93. Install bolts (117) that hold the carrier assembly in position.94. Install sun gear (116) as shown for the No. 6 clutch. 95. Install sun gear (119) for the No. 7 clutch as shown. Install ring (118) that holds the two sun gears in position. 96. Install plate assembly (121) and ring gear (120) for the No. 5 clutch. 97. Install two discs (122) and one plate (123) for the No. 5 clutch. Start with a disc as shown. 98. Install five pins (125) and ten springs (124). 99. Install teflon seal (129) on piston (126) and teflon seal (128) on No. 5 clutch housing (127). Put clean oil on the seals and install the piston in the housing as shown. 100. Use tooling (D) to hold the piston in the No. 5 clutch housing.101. Fasten a hoist to the No. 5 clutch housing and install it on the plate assembly as shown. 102. Install two bolts (130) that hold the No. 5 clutch housing in position.103. Install ring gear (131) for the No. 6 clutch. Install plates (132), the locks and bolts that hold the ring gear. 104. Install three discs (133) and two plates (134) for the No. 6 clutch. Start with a disc as shown. 105. Install two bearings (136) and spacer (137) in planetary gear (135).
