Put wear rings (8) in SAE 30W Oil. Allow wear rings (8) to become saturated with oil.
Install wear rings (8) on the inside of sleeve (2).

Carefully install sleeve (2) onto piston (3).

Install wear rings (7) onto sleeve (2).

Install U-cup seal (6) onto piston (3). The lip of U-cup seal (6) must be installed past the chamfer on piston (3).

Install retaining ring (4) and spiral ring (5) onto piston (3).

Position cylinder assembly (1) on Tooling (A). Put SAE 30W Oil on the seals. Note: Make sure that the seal is not damaged when piston (3) and sleeve (2) are installed into cylinder assembly (1). The lip of the seal must be installed past the chamfer on cylinder assembly (1).
Carefully install piston (3) and sleeve (2) into cylinder assembly (1). End By:
Install the track adjuster. Refer to Disassembly and assembly, "Track Adjuster - Install".
