IR Light Inactive (Fault Detected)
When a fault is detected in an IR light, refer to the following procedure:
Ensure that the cables from the DSS camera are not damaged.
Remove the light covers and check the small plugs on the back of the lights. Ensure that these plugs are connected correctly.
Exchange faulty IR light with a known working light to isolate the problem. If problem still exists, replace camera.Note: If both of the lights are not operating properly, the fault may be the camera. Check the camera and replace if necessary.
