Open the cab door. Lock the cab door in the OPEN position.

Remove bolts (1) and remove cover (3).
Remove floor mat (2) from the cab.

Disconnect harness assembly (4). Disconnect harness assembly (7). Disconnect cable (5) for the radio antenna. Remove screws (6).

Remove bolts (8) and cover (9).

Remove duct (10).

Remove louvers (13) in order to gain access to the screws (not shown). Remove the screws (not shown).
Remove duct (12) and (13) in order to gain access to the bolts for the cab.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the cab. The weight of the cab is approximately 261 kg (575 lb).

Remove bolts (14).

Remove bolt (15) and bolt (16).
Remove the cab. The weight of the cab is approximately 441 kg (972 lb). Installation Procedure
Install the cab in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolt (15) to a torque of 125 20 N m (92 15 lb ft).
Tighten bolt (16) to a torque of 425 50 N m (314 37 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 115 10 N m (85 7 lb ft).
