Removal Procedure
Drain the coolant into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".

Loosen clamp assemblies (1) and remove hose assembly (3).
Remove elbow assembly (2).

Remove bolts (7) and remove elbow (6).
Remove four bolts (4). Remove engine oil cooler (5) and remove the O-ring seals. Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Install the engine oil cooler (5) in reverse order.
Change the engine oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change".
