Use Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to position track roller assembly (5). The weight of track roller assembly (5) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).
Install bolts (6). Note: Refer to Table 7 for torque specifications for bolts (6).

M16 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft)
If necessary, repeat Steps 1 and 2 for remaining track rollers (5).

Install track guide guard (4).
Repeat Step 4 for the inside track guide guard.

Use two people to install track roller guard (3). The weight of track roller guard (3) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Repeat Step 6 for the inside track roller guard.

Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the machine. Remove Tooling (B). Lower the machine with Tooling (A). Remove Tooling (A).

Turn relief valve (2) clockwise in order to close relief valve (2).
Adjust the track assembly.

Install access cover (1).
