Angle Sensor Calibration
The AccuGrade System uses the angle sensor in order to measure blade pitch. The angle sensor is also used in the valve calibration.The calibration procedure sets the current pitch reading to zero. The angle sensor is located on the back of the blade.Note: Before you attempt to calibrate the angle sensor, make sure that you park the machine on a level surface. Place the machine in the position that was used for the measure up.Use the "Setup Menu - Installation" dialog in order to enter machine settings into the AccuGrade System.

In order to view all of the options that are available in the "Setup Menu", you must start the AccuGrade System in service mode.Note: In order to enter the service mode, press and hold down the "OK" key (89), then press the power key (85) before you release the "OK" key. Release both of the keys once the display starts.
Press the "Setup Menu" soft key.
Press the "Configuration" soft key in order to list the items under the "Setup Menu - Configuration" screen.
Press the arrow keys until "Calibrate Sensors" is highlighted.

Press the "OK" key.A screen that is similar to Illustration 2 will appear.

Press the "Calibrate" soft key.The text "Calibrating..." appears on the display.The calibration process sets the "Current pitch" field to zero.The display will return to the "Setup Menu" screen when the calibration is complete.
Press the escape key (83) in order to exit the "Setup Menu" screen.
