SCREWDRIVER- 2475377 - Caterpillar

Remove and discard the failed sensor group or sensor assembly.
Clean the setscrew cavity with approved solvent.
Replace the failed sensor group or sensor assembly with the same part number.
Install the setscrew and torque to 25 3 N m (18.4 2.2 lb ft). Refer to Table 2 for specific setscrew part numbers.
Seal the setscrew cavity. Refer to Table 2 for specific serial number prefix instructions.
Replace the 102-2244 Grommet if the grommet is not included in the sensor group or sensor assembly listed in Table 2.Instruction 1

Fill cavity above 8T-5070 Socket Setscrew or 6V-8223 Socket Setscrew with 8T-0065 Silicone Sealant or Loctite 515. Refer to Illustration 1.Instruction 2

Install 9S-8004 O-Ring Plug and 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal . Refer to Illustration 2.
Torque plug to 45 7 N m (33.2 5.2 lb ft).Instruction 3

Apply 8T-0065 Silicone Sealant to the bottom of 134-1375 Screw .
Install 134-1375 Screw . Refer to Illustration 3.
Torque button screw to 26 6 N m (19.18 4.42 lb ft).
